CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

No traps and no vanished classrooms.

How the free trial, renewal, cancellation, failed-payment grace period and refund requests work.

Last updated September 18, 2026

30-day free trial

The full ClassVillage Pro service is available for 30 days before the first subscription charge. Checkout shows the planned first charge date, currency, taxes and billing interval before you confirm.

Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first subscription charge.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel renewal through the teacher account billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so Pro access continues until that date.

Deleting the app, closing a browser or stopping classroom use does not cancel billing. Use the billing controls or request help through support.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, ClassVillage provides a seven-day grace period. During that period you can update payment details without immediately interrupting classroom work.

After the grace period, editing and new point actions may pause, but classes, student records and history remain available in read-only form. Nothing is silently deleted because a payment fails.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was accidental, duplicated or incorrect, email billing@getclassvillage.com promptly and include the Paddle transaction or receipt details. Requests made within 14 days of an initial charge or renewal receive individual review.

A request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, product use, Paddle’s transaction process and applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit any statutory refund rights.

Paddle and billing records

Paddle is the merchant of record for ClassVillage subscriptions. Paddle processes payment details, applicable taxes, receipts, renewals and approved refunds. ClassVillage does not receive or store full card numbers.
